CARMIM is famous for its good wines, however, in recent years, it has also been gaining notoriety in the field of quality olive oils, which have been awarded several times already. Our olive oils are deeply popular among increasingly demanding consumers, who are informed and concerned about their health.

Having the same old quality but with the will to innovate, CARMIM has now launched a new image for the Monsaraz olive oil and a cruet (comprised of red wine vinegar, aged in oak barrels, and the extra virgin Monsaraz olive oil). The Monsaraz Olive Oil is a top-tier quality and delicate olive oil, which has a smooth and fresh almond aroma, a unique characteristic of the “Galega” variety, in an optimal state of maturation.

Perfect to be used in salads and grilled fish. CARMIM is currently selling three types of olive oil: Terras d’el Rei, Monsaraz e Reguengos Gourmet.
