Year: 2008

Climate: Mediterranean climate with very hot, dry summers and cool winters with concentrated periods of rain (600mm/year). In the summer season there are great thermal amplitudes, with sunshine of over 3000 hours per year.


Palate: Retinto wine (deep purple) with aromas of dark fruits and some notes of flowers, cocoa and coffee. In the mouth it is thick and deep with a prolonged aftertaste.


Aging and Consumption: The bottles shall be laid down with the wine in contact with the cork in a cool place (around 12ºC) with some humidity (75% of relative humidity). These conditions shall be kept constant all the year long. This wine may be drunk immediately, or should you prefer, you can let it age for 6 to 8 years. It is a good accompaniment to game, grilled or roast pork meats and cured cheeses.

It shall be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
