Raw Material: Some of our best marcs, carefully selected after soft pressing and used immediately.

Palate: The brandy is colourless, with a fruity aroma and is smooth and persistent in the mouth.

Consumption: It may be drunk just as a digestive after a good meal or accompanied by raisins and dried fruits in general.
