Palate: virgin olive oil with a harmonious balance between the fruity aroma and flavour of the olive, generally sweet palate and may sometimes denote a slightly spicy element deriving from its youth. Golden-yellow colour.
Suggested Accompaniment: excellent for use with fried foods as it is very stable at high temperatures and allows various uses without losing its intrinsic characteristics. Frequently used to make various dishes of Alentejan gastronomy.
