Palate: extra virgin olive oil with an fruity aroma and flavour of olives gathered at their optimum aging point, denoting a harmonious balance between these two parameters, it has a slightly sweet palate and is a golden-yellow colour.
Suggested Accompaniment: excellent for making sauces, meat dishes and oven-baked fish, Migas (fried bread in oil) and Carne de Porco à Alentejana (pork, clam and potato dish, Alentejan style).
