Palate: This is an olive oil with a fruity aroma of green olives with a persistent flavour suis generis, predominantly of the “Galega Vulgar” stock, denoting a hint of “leaf”.
Suggested Accompaniment: excellent for use in salad dressings, grilled fish, cod dishes and when making Gaspacho and Açorda Alentejana (bread soup Alentejan style).
