Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Aragonês

Soils: Predominantly deriving from eruptive rocks specially Quartz-Diorites, some traces of Schist and a small trace of Rañas.
Tasting: Wine of a bright ruby colour, spicy nose with aromas of dry fruits, coconut and vanilla. In the mouth it is structured and has a lasting after taste where the aromas in the nose get confirmed. It distinguishes himself by the elegance and harmony associated to the robustness characteristic of a great wine.
Ageing and Consumption: The bottles should be laid down in a cool place (around 12ºC) with some humidity (75%). This conditions should maintain themselves constant through the all year. It can be drunk immediately, or should you prefer, you can let it age 4 to 6 years. It goes very well with game dishes, grilled or roasted meat or cured cheese.
It should be drunk at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
