Grape Varieties: Arinto, Perrum, Síria, Antão Vaz

Year: 2010

Soils: Predominantly deriving from eruptive rocks highlighting the Quartz Diorites, some hints of derivatives of Schist and a slight hint with soils deriving from Ranas.

Palate: Wine which is crystalline in appearance, defined straw colour, intense aroma where the fruit and wood blend with great complexity. In the mouth it is structured, smooth and slightly acidic, lending it great balance. The aftertaste is harmonious and prolonged and fruit and wood are prominent.

Aging and Consumption: The bottles shall be laid down with the wine in contact with the cork in a cool place (around 12ºC) with some humidity (75% of relative humidity). These conditions shall be kept constant throughout the year.

This wine should be drunk immediately at a temperature of 12ºC, or if you prefer, you can let it age for 2 to 3 years.
Good accompaniment to baked or boiled fish, particularly cod dishes.
